Graphite composite plate uses superior quality flexible graphite plate which we produce by ourselves and tin plate foil.The tin plate foil is processed firstly by machine.After being processed,it will be covered with glue.Then we use the compound machine to compound the processed tin plate and the flexible graphite plate to be the graphite composite plate.

Material 1: Flexible Graphite Plate

Flexible Graphite Plate is made from exfoliated graphite flake and produced through an extensive calendaring process to give a thin flexible sheet with no binder or resins.

Because of the excellent properties such as thermal stability,high and low temperature resistance,impermeability and corrosion resistance,etc.Flexible graphite plate is widely used in fields of industrial sealing,heating elements for high temperature applications and insulation/heat shields.

Material 2: Perforated tin plate

We use good-quality tin plate in roll and refuse to use cheap & inferior goods from the market.
Good rust resistance and long service time.

Compound machine

We use the compound machine to compound the flexible graphite plate and perforated tin plate.
