Product Description

1. Tanged graphite sheet uses superior qulity flexible graphite sheet and metal insert.

2. We produce flexible graphite roll ourselves.Then cut pieces to graphite sheet.

3. The metal foil is perforated firstly by perforate machine.Then cut pieces and then covered with glue.

4. At last we use the compound machine to compound the flexible graphite sheet and the perforated metal foil to be the tanged graphite sheet.

Flexible Graphite Sheet is made from exfoliated graphite flake and produced through an extensive calendaring process to give a thin flexible sheet with no binder or resins.
Because of the excellent properties such as thermal stability,high and low temperature resistance,impermeability and corrosion resistance,etc.Flexible graphite sheet is widely used in fields of industrial sealing,heating elements for high temperature applications and insulation/heat shields.

Material 2: Perforated metal insert

We use good-quality metal in roll and refuse to use cheap & inferior goods from the market.

Compound machine
